1. (1) The following terms are defined in Section 51-7-3 of Title 51, Chapter 7, Utah Money Management Act (the Act), and when used in this rule have the same meaning :

   1. (a) "Council";
   2. (b) "Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization" or "NRSRO".
2. (2) For purposes of this rule "FDI" means foreign depository institution as defined in Section 7-1-103.
