This rule applies to all federally insured depository institutions with offices and branches in Utah at which deposits are accepted or held as defined in Subsections 7-1-103(38) and 7-1-103(26) and the Utah Housing Corporation as described in Title 63H, Chapter 8, Utah Housing Corporation Act.
