1. (1) The purpose of this rule is to:

   1. (a) establish the amount for an individual title insurance producer assessment; and
   2. (b) establish the amount for an agency title insurance producer assessment.

2. (2) This rule applies to:

   1. (a) an agency title insurance producer; and
   2. (b) an individual title insurance producer.
