1. (1) The purpose of this rule is to clarify and implement the statutory prohibition contained in Subsection 31A-23a-406(2)(h).

2. (2) This rule applies to:

   1. (a) an individual title insurance producer;
   2. (b) an agency title insurance producer; and
   3. (c) any officer or employee of an agency title insurance producer.
