1. (1) "CGAD" means corporate governance annual disclosure.
2. (2) "Insurance group" means the insurers and affiliates included within an insurance holding company system.

3. (3)(a) "Senior management" means any corporate officer responsible for:

   1. (i) reporting information to the board of directors at regular intervals; or

      1. (ii) providing the information in Subsection (3)(a)(i) to shareholders or regulators.

   2. (b) "Senior management" includes:

      1. (i) the chief executive officer;
      2. (ii) the chief financial officer;
      3. (iii) the chief operations officer;
      4. (iv) the chief procurement officer;
      5. (v) the chief legal officer;
      6. (vi) the chief information officer;
      7. (vii) the chief technology officer;
      8. (viii) the chief revenue officer;
      9. (ix) the chief visionary officer; or
      10. (x) any other "C" level executive.
