1. (1) The purpose of this rule is to designate the offices of the Utah Insurance Fraud Division as a secured area.

2. (2) This rule applies to:

   1. (a) the offices of the Utah Insurance Fraud Division; and
   2. (b) a person visiting the offices of the Utah Insurance Fraud Division.
