1. (1) The purpose of this rule is to:

   1. (a) set forth procedures for a public adjuster to submit a required form filing to the commissioner; and
   2. (b) provide notice requirements, information, and disclosures that must be included in a public adjuster contract.

2. (2) This rule applies to a:

   1. (a) resident public adjuster individual or organization; and
   2. (b) nonresident public adjuster individual or organization.
