1. (1)(a) The following conversion factors shall be used with RVP 2025 to determine the reasonable value of each medical service or accommodation provided on or after January 1, 2026:

   1. (i) anesthesia, 127.29;

      1. (ii) surgery, 266.92;
      2. (iii) radiology, 38.34;
      3. (iv) pathology, 24.67;
      4. (v) medicine, 14.67;
      5. (vi) evaluation and management, 21.41.
   2. (b) The conversion factor used with RVD 2025 to determine the reasonable value of each dental service or accommodation provided on or after January 1, 2026 shall be 86.88.

2. (2)(a) The following conversion factors shall be used with RVP 2023 to determine the reasonable value of each medical service or accommodation provided from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025:

   1. (i) anesthesia, 116.11;

      1. (ii) surgery, 248.75;
      2. (iii) radiology, 37.50;
      3. (iv) pathology, 25.00;
      4. (v) medicine, 13.81; and
      5. (vi) evaluation and management, 16.81.
   2. (b) The conversion factor used with RVD 2023 to determine the reasonable value of each dental service or accommodation provided from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025 shall be 75.00.
