1. (1)(a) A company shall maintain and make available for inspection by the commissioner, or the commissioner's appointed agent, all documents pertaining to the formation, operation, management, finances, insurance, and reinsurance of each company.

   1. (b) A company shall keep the original documents in the offices of the company's captive manager, the company's parent, or the company itself.
2. (2) A company shall hold complete copies of the documents under Subsection (1)(a) in an office located in Utah that is designated by the company and approved by the commissioner.
