1. (1) When corresponding with the department, provide sufficient information to identify the original filing including:

   1. (a) the TOI;
   2. (b) the date of filing; and
   3. (c) the submission method, SERFF or email; and
   4. (d) the tracking number.

2. (2) Status Checks.

   1. (a) A filer may request the status of its filing 60 days after the date of submission.
   2. (b) A response will not be provided to a status request before 60 days.
