1. (1) The division shall maintain records of any financial transactions involving an account established pursuant to this rule.

2. (2)(a) The division shall provide an account statement to a minor every 90 days that includes interest earned, each date funds were deposited or withdrawn, the reason funds were withdrawn, and the remaining balance.

   1. (b) The minor may request an account statement at any time through their case manager.
