1. (1) First priority enrollment shall target a person who is waiting for a supported employment service and currently receives funding from the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation.
2. (2) Second priority enrollment shall target a person who is waiting for a supported employment service and no other division service.
3. (3) Third priority enrollment shall target a person who is waiting for a supported employment service and any other division service.
