- (1) Subsections 26B-6-402(7), 26B-6-403(2)(b), 26B-6-403(2)(l), and 26B-6-403(2)(q) authorize this rule.
- (2) This rule establishes a procedure and standard to determine eligibility and provide time-limited services for a person on the waiting list for Division of Services for People with Disabilities (division) services.
