- (1) An unobligated spouse may contest a Notice of Lien-Levy by submitting a written request to ORS to review the action. The written request must be submitted within 15 days of the date the Notice of Lien-Levy was sent to the obligor and the unobligated spouse at the last known address for the obligor.
- (2) In a case that involves amounts from financial institutions, the unobligated spouse must provide ORS with documentation of recent income, deposit information, or a combination of both.
- (3) In a case that involves amounts from a non-means tested lump sum payment, judgment, settlement, or lottery, the unobligated spouse must provide ORS with documentation of the percentage that each recipient may receive.
