- (1) The Department of Health and Human Services may create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 26B-1-202. The Office of Recovery Services may adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 26B-9-108.
- (2) The purpose of this rule is to set limits on the amount withheld from social security benefits in certain situations.
