1. (1) ORS will:

   1. (a) receive income withholding;
   2. (b) process the payment;
   3. (c) issue the payment to the custodial parent at their known address;
   4. (d) maintain a payment record; and
   5. (e) close its case if a copy of an order terminating income withholding is provided to ORS.

2. (2) ORS will not:

   1. (a) collect child care expenses;
   2. (b) modify the support order or withholding amounts;
   3. (c) obtain an order terminating the income withholding order; or
   4. (d) utilize any enforcement or collection methods available to assist with debt collection in addition to the Income Withholding Order.
