- (1) The Department of Health and Humans Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 26B-1-202. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 26B-9-108.
- (2) The purpose of this rule is to provide information about the responsibilities, requirements and procedures for non-IV-D income withholding services through ORS.
