1. (1)(a) Section 26B-1-202 authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to create rules necessary for social services.

   1. (b) Section 26B-9-108 authorizes the Office of Recovery Services (office) to adopt, amend, and enforce rules to carry out Title 26B, Chapter 9, Recovery Services and Administration of Child Support.
2. (2) This rule provides definitions of terms used in this rule and information about child support services for children in care or custody of the state.
