- (1) The office shall establish and enforce child support obligations against parents whose children are in out-of-home placement programs administered by the department.
- (2) The department shall consider fees for outpatient and day services separate from child support payments.
(3) Establishment and enforcement of child support shall be pursuant to:
- (a) Title 26B, Chapter 9, Recovery Services and Administration of Child Support;
- (b) Title 81, Chapter 6, Child Support;
- (c) Title 81, Chapter 7, Payment and Enforcement of Spousal and Child Support; and and
- (d) Section 78A-6-356.
