1. (1)(a) Section 26B-1-202 authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services (department) to create rules necessary for the provision of social services.

   1. (b) Section 26B-9-108 authorizes the Office of Recovery Services (office) to adopt, amend, and enforce rules necessary to carry out the provisions of Title 26B, Chapter 9, Recovery Services and Administration of Child Support.
2. (2) This rule provides information to parents relating to the establishment and enforcement of child support when a child is placed in an out-of-home program.
