Designation of Presiding Officers

(1) an agent;
(2) a senior agent;
(3) a team manager;
(4) a quality assurance specialist;
(5) an associate regional director;
(6) a regional director;
(7) a director; or
(8) another person designated by the director of the office.

A person designated as a presiding officer in an adjudicative proceeding may be:
