- (1) The Office of Substance Use and Mental Health may enter and survey MCOT program operations, review MCOT curriculum, and interview MCOT agency staff to determine proper provision of mobile crisis outreach services.
- (2) An MCOT shall allow representatives from the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health, and from other local authorities authorized by the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health, to make announced or unannounced visits to monitor services and complete fidelity reviews.
