- (1) An aggrieved person who is not satisfied with the regional office decision may file a complaint with the Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman.
- (2) If Child and Family Services cannot resolve the complaint, it shall be forwarded to the Office of Child Protection Ombudsman according to the requirements of Rule R515-1.
