- (1) This rule establishes standards for kinship placement for a child who is in Child and Family Services custody, including preliminary placement, evaluation of kinship caregiver capacity for ongoing care, and background screening.
- (2) This rule is authorized by Sections 80-2-302, 80-2a-301, 80-3-302, and 80-3-303.
