The adoption records of Child and Family Services shall be made available to the adoptive parents or adult adoptee upon written request in accordance with the Government Records Access Management Act, Title 63G, Chapter 2. An adult adoptee may also register with the Division of Data, Systems and Operation, Voluntary Adoption Registry, Section 81-13-504 to try to contact biological family members.
