Authority and Purpose

(1) Sections 53-10-108, 80-2-302, 80-2-301, 80-2-802, and 81-13-403 authorize this rule.
(2) This rule establishes criteria for recruitment of adoptive families, standards for conducting adoptive home studies, and requirements for approval of adoptive homes.
