When a minor in the custody of Child and Family Services is identified by the Office as having been exposed to a person who has tested positive for a communicable disease, the Office shall contact the Child and Family Services program administrator or deputy director who shall then contact the appropriate caseworker. The caseworker shall contact the Office to arrange for the minor to be tested and counseled. The caseworker and provider will follow up on recommended medical treatment and other necessary services.
