- (1) This rule establishes and operates a psychotropic medication oversight panel for children in the custody of Child and Family Services to ensure that foster children are being prescribed psychotropic medication consistent with their needs.
- (2) This rule is authorized by Sections 80-2-302, 80-2-301, and 80-2-503.5.
