- (1) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.
- (2) "Custody" means temporary custody or custody authorized by Section 80-3-102. It does not include protective custody.
- (3) "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services.
- (4) "Least restrictive" means most family-like.
- (5) "Placement" means living arrangement.
