- (1) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.
- (2) "Cohabitant" has the same meaning as in Section 78B-7-102.
- (3) "CPS" means Child Protective Services.
- (4) "Dangerous weapon" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-101.5.
- (5) "Domestic violence" has the same meaning as in Section 77-36-1.
- (6) "Domestic Violence Related Child Abuse" has the same meaning as in Rule R512-80.
- (7) "In the presence of a child" has the same meaning as in Section 76-5-114.
- (8) "Serious bodily injury" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-101.5.
- (9) "Substantial bodily injury" has the same meaning as in Section 76-1-101.5.
