- (1) "Assessment" means an evaluation made to determine if a minor is a risk to other children.
- (2) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.
- (3) "CPS" means Child Protective Services.
- (4) "GRAMA" means the Government Records Management and Access Act.
- (5) "Significant risk" is defined in Section 80-1-102.
