- (1) The purpose of Intake Services is receive and evaluate whether an investigation is needed and assign for investigation referrals of suspected child abuse, neglect, and dependency.
- (2) Pursuant to Section 80-2-301, Child and Family Services is authorized to provide CPS.
- (3) This rule is authorized by Section 80-2-302.
