Utah Admin. Code R510-100-1 – Authority and Purpose

(1) Section 26B-6-113 and 45 CFR 1321.37 (2025) authorize this rule.
(2) This rule establishes funding formulas for the allocation of funds to local area agencies for the services and programs.
