1. (1) "Business day" means a day that the department is open to the public for the conduct of business, exclusive of weekends and state holidays.
2. (2) "Presiding officer" means the member of the public body designated by statute, rule, or vote of the public body to preside at the meeting of the public body.

The definitions found in Section 52-4-103 apply to this rule. In addition, the following definitions apply:
