1. (1)(a) The provider shall ensure any client at the facility is supervised during that client's stay.

   1. (b) The provider shall conduct and document line of sight check-ins for each client at least every 15 minutes.

2. (2) The provider shall ensure that at least two direct care staff are on-site for every:

   1. (a) 30 clients if each client is an adult; or
   2. (b) 16 clients if any client is under 18 years old.
3. (3) The provider shall ensure each client who is an adult is placed in an age and gender appropriate area, separate from the population of any client under 18 years old.

4. (4)(a) The provider shall ensure there is at least one staff member who is on-duty and present with clients has first aid and CPR certification.

   1. (b) Any first aid and CPR certification staff training shall be in-person and hands-on.
