- (1) "Direct Access Clearance System" or "DACS" means the online system used by the Office of Background Processing (OBP), under the Division of Licensing and Background Checks, for processing and monitoring background checks for any applicant with direct access to a client in a human services program.
- (2) "Direct care staff" means any staff that works directly with a client.
- (3) "Mental health crisis" means the same as defined in Section 26B-5-609.
