- (1) Only a custodial parent, legal guardian, or person designated in writing by a parent or legal guardian may remove a child from a program that provides services for children.
- (2) A provider that provides services for children shall maintain a ratio of at least one staff for every six children.
- (3) The provider shall provide adequate staff to supervise children or be available to monitor any parent supervising the parent's own child.
