- (1) Each therapeutic school provider shall provide an itemized accounting of expenditures made on behalf of a client before requiring reimbursement from the client's guardian.
- (2) Each therapeutic school provider shall maintain an accurate log of each fund deposited and each withdrawal made for the personal use of each client.
