1. (1) Each licensee shall prepare daily activity plans that meet individual client and group physical, social, psychological, or emotional, development. These plans may include:

   1. (a) community living skills;
   2. (b) work activity;
   3. (c) recreation;
   4. (d) nutrition;
   5. (e) personal hygiene; or
   6. (f) social skills.
2. (2) The licensee shall maintain activity plans on file and orient staff to their use.
3. (3) There shall be a daily schedule posted and implemented onsite.

4. (4) Each client shall have the opportunity to use four of the following activity areas each day:

   1. (a) general activities;
   2. (b) sedentary activities;
   3. (c) specialized activities;
   4. (d) rest area;
   5. (e) self-care area;
   6. (f) appointed outdoor area;
   7. (g) kitchen and nutrition area; or
   8. (h) reality orientation area.
