(1) The state unit on aging shall provide for the services of a legal services developer.
- (a) A legal services developer shall ensure that legal representation is available for a resident by a licensed attorney not employed by the state unit on aging.
- (b) A legal services developer may not represent or provide legal advice to any local area agency, local ombudsman entity, or resident.
- (2) The Utah Office of Attorney General shall represent and provide legal advice to the state unit on aging and the office or any designated representative of the office.
- (3) The Utah Office of Attorney General may not represent or provide legal advice to any local area agency.
