1. (1) Volunteer experience may not be substituted for required licensure, POST certification, or other criteria for which there is no substitution in the job requirements in the job description.
2. (2) Court ordered community service experience may not be considered.

Documented job related volunteer experience shall be given the same consideration as similar paid employment in satisfying the job requirements for career service positions.
