1. (1)(a) Managers, as designated by the contestant and applicant, may submit and request transfer of medical records between athletic Commissions for licensure within the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports.

   1. (b) This ability to submit and request transfer of medical records does not grant managers access to medical records with the Commission licensing system.

2. (2) To obtain a manager license, an applicant must:

   1. (a) file an affidavit with the Commission to recognize the manager, signed by both parties; and
   2. (b) submit the license application fee as set forth by the Commission Fee Schedule, incorporated by reference on August 18, 2023.
