1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 9-8a-302 and Subsection 9-8a-402(1).

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "office" means the State Historic Preservation Office;
   2. (b) "director" means the director of the State Historic Preservation Office;
   3. (c) "committee" means the National Register Review Committee; and
   4. (d) "property owner" means those persons or entities holding fee simple title to the property.
