- (1) As required by Subsection 26B-4-324(1)(b)(iii)(D), the department establishes that to meet the definition of a person with a bleeding disorder, the individual's premiums for private health insurance coverage, or cost sharing under private coverage, must be at or greater than 7.5% of the individual's adjusted gross income.
- (2) The grantee must assure that each individual to whom it provides service under a grant awarded under this rule meets the requirements of this rule and Subsection 26B-4-324(1)(b).
