1. (1) academic performance;
2. (2) commitment to underserved areas;
3. (3) continuing financial need;
4. (4) service obligation fulfillment; or

5. (5) other information reasonably necessary for the administration of the program while the recipient is:

   1. (a) in school;
   2. (b) in postgraduate training; or
   3. (c) completing the service obligation.

The department may require a recipient to provide information regarding:
