1. (1)(a) The department shall solicit grant applications by issuing a request for grant applications.

   1. (b) Any applicant responding to the request for grant applications under this program shall submit the grant application as directed in the office-issued grant application guidance.
2. (2) The content for each grant application is described in Subsection 26B-4-310(3) and Section 26B-4-311.
