- (1) The licensee shall make accommodations, as appropriate, for laboratory, radiology, and associated services according to facility policy.
- (2) The licensee shall ensure services are provided with an order from a physician or a person licensed to prescribe such services and the order for laboratory and radiology services and the test results are included in the patient's medical record.
- (3) If services are provided by contract, a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certified, state-approved laboratory shall perform such services and promptly provide reports or results to the attending physician and documented in the patient's medical record.
- (4) If the licensee provides CLIA certified or state-approved laboratory service, these services shall comply with the Laboratory Services section of Rule R432-100. If the licensee provides its own radiology services, these services shall comply with the Radiology Services section of Rule R432-100.
