1. (1) The applicant or licensee shall submit to OL one printed set of construction documents, including drawings and specifications representing any products and materials, and show any equipment necessary for the construction and operation of the proposed work.

2. (2) The applicant or licensee shall ensure drawings are drawn to scale and include the following information describing the work:

   1. (a) a list of applicable building codes;
   2. (b) the construction-type;
   3. (c) the location of the building on the site and access to the building for public, emergency, and service vehicles;
   4. (d) the site grading and drainage;
   5. (e) any unusual site conditions, including easements that might affect the building;
   6. (f) any means of egress;
   7. (g) the subdivision of smoke compartments;

   8. (h) the relationships of departments to each other;

      1. (i) the relationships of departments to support and common facilities;
   9. (j) the relationships of rooms and spaces within departments;

   10. (k) the number of inpatient beds;

       1. (l) total square footage area of each story of the building for new construction and each story impacted by new work in an existing building;
   11. (m) the total square footage of any addition, alteration, repair, renovation, refurbishment or remodel of an existing facility;
   12. (n) the square footage area and dimensions of rooms;
   13. (o) the location and size or capacity of any public utilities;
   14. (p) the engineered drawings and specifications for each mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and auxiliary system; and
   15. (q) the designation for the installation of equipment that requires a dedicated building service, special structure, or major function of space.
3. (3) If, during a construction plan review or during construction, the work deviates from the original construction plan, the applicant or licensee shall submit any revised construction documents showing the extent and scope of the changes to OL for review.
