Each small health care facility provider shall fully comply with this rule at the time of licensure. Each Medicare and Medicaid certified provider shall additionally comply with the regulations of the Social Security Act, Title XVIII, Health Insurance for the Aged and Disabled, and Title XIX, Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs.
