- (1) The licensee shall provide an organized dietary service that provides safe, appetizing, and nutritional food service to residents.
- (2) A qualified dietetic supervisor or consultant shall supervise the dietary service.
- (3) If a facility contracts with an outside food management company, the licensee shall ensure that the company complies with any applicable requirements of this Rule R432-200.
- (4) The licensee shall ensure that dietary services are compliant with the Food Services Section of Rule R432-150.
